Abby’s Go-To Green Smoothie
Makes 1
Ingredients
½ - 1 banana
½ cup frozen mango
1 scoop of high quality protein powder or collagen (I use Gainful)
2 cups of leafy greens (spinach or ½ spinach / ½ kale)
¼ - ½ of a peeled english cucumber
¼ to ½ ripe avocado
Coconut water to desired consistency (more for a smoothie, less for a thicker smoothie bowl)
Optional: add superfoods like Organifi Green Juice Powder
Method
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth
Meal prep tip: put all your smoothie ingredients (except liquid and protein powder) in mason jars or glass containers and keep in the freezer. In the morning, all you have to do is throw the ingredients of the jar in your blender along with protein powder and liquid! Make sure your ingredients are diced smaller so your blender can break it up.
