Sweet Summer Chia Pudding

Sweet Summer Chia Pudding (makes 1)

Enjoy cold or warm

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds

  • 1 scoop of high quality protein powder or collagen (I use Gainful)

  • 1 cup of plant based milk

  • peach slices

Method

  1. In small glass jars or containers, add chia seeds and protein powder. Mix together until protein is evenly distributed. 

  2. Add in the plant based milk. Whisk together thoroughly

  3. Cover with a lid or bees wax wrap and keep in the fridge overnight

  4. In the morning, top with fresh peaches or make steamed peaches (recipe below)

Meal prep tip: Make a few of these at a time. Eat them throughout the week as breakfasts or snacks!
