Grass fed organic beef taco bowls

Taco night is always a favorite night of mine! We love to prep extra ingredients so we can have tacos or bowls for another meal or so! To make tacos more gut healthy I like to add chopped bell peppers and onions into the ground beef for extra fiber. We always use Siete taco seasoning and extras because the ingredients are so clean!

We always use grass fed organic beef because of its high quality and health benefits. Grass fed beef has more omega 3 fatty acids than conventional beef.

GRASS FED ORGANIC BEEF TACO BOWLS

Ingredients

1 lbs of grass fed beef

1 yellow onion

1 red bell pepper

1 packet of Siete taco seasoning

Crunchy lettuce

Brown rice

Siete charro beans

Avocado

Greek yogurt or sour cream

Siete Botana sauce

Organic corn or grain free chips on the side

Avocado oil

Method:

Finely chop onion and pepper. Add to a large skillet with a dash of avocado oil on medium heat. Saute until fragrant and soft. Add ground beef. And cook until almost all pink is gone. Add Siete seasoning with 1/3 cup or more of water. I find you need a bit more with the addition of the vegetables.

Heat up beans on low heat in a sauce pot.

Prepare your remaining toppings and place in bowls! Lettuce, avocado, greek yogurt, etc.

Put together your bowls and enjoy!
