Greek Yogurt Blueberry Bowls

Greek yogurt is always something I have in my fridge! Its so versatile and an easy high protein breakfast or snack that can be prepared quickly. I always opt for a plain greek yogurt with 2% or 5% fat. The fat is important for hormone balance and keeping you full.

I’ve been obsessed with these blueberry yogurt bowls this summer. Easy, seasonal and refreshing!

GREEK YOGURT BLUEBERRY BOWLS

Ingredients

plain greek yogurt

frozen wild blueberries

drizzle of honey

Lovebird grain free cinnamon cereal

cinnamon

Method

Add greek yogurt into a bowl and then add your toppings! Enjoy!
