Pumpkin Protein Bites

GLUTEN FREE | DAIRY FREE | VEGAN | VEGETARIAN

protein bites are my go to snacks. They are perfect for on the go. I love to prepare a big batch for the whole week. You can also top smoothies and yogurt bowls with them! 

THE RECIPE

In your food processor or blender, add:

½ cup oats

6-8 medjool dates

½ cup pumpkin purée

1 tsp pumpkin spice

¼ cup almond butter

1 scoop of plain or vanilla protein 

1 tsp vanilla extract

Blend until a thick mixture forms. Roll into balls. Makes 8-10
