Spirulina Detox Smoothie

Spirulina is a powerful superfood that helps pull toxins and heavy metals from our bodies! woah!

For the smoothie, in your blender add:

  • Banana

  • Coconut water

  • Dark leafy greens

  • Spirulina

  • Frozen pineapple

  • Peeled cucumber

  • Protein powder (I always use Gainful)

  • Avocado

Make a bowl - add a little less coconut water for a thicker consistency. Top with granola, fresh fruit and more superfoods!
