Cinnamon Apple Sweet Potato Toast

Gluten free | Dairy free | Refined sugar free

A whole food, nutrient dense breakfast (or snack) that’s hormone and gut healthy 😌

Ingredients

3 honeycrisp apples

3 tablespoons of water

1 tablespoon of grass butter

Lots of cinnamon

Yogurt (greek, coconut or even cottage cheese)

Steamed or baked sweet potato (I had some leftover from dinner)

Manuka honey

Sourdough or gluten free toast

Sea salt

Method

Slice your apples into squares.

In a pot, add apples, water, butter and cinnamon. Turn on medium heat. Cook until apples are completely soft.

On your toast, layer yogurt, sweet potato and apples. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle sea salt. Enjoy!
