Blueberry Feta Spinach Salad

What you need:

Spinach

A Simple dressing (I did olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey whisked together)

Organic sheep & goats milk feta (I love @mtvikos )

Blueberries

Walnuts (I toasted mine on a pan with a bit of sea salt)

Honey to drizzle on top

Optional: add a protein on top (grilled chicken is delish on top!)

Method:

Lightly coat your spinach with a simple dressing

Add your feta, blueberries and toasted walnuts

Add your chicken if you are using it!

Drizzle honey on top.

Enjoy!
