Mediterranean style breakfast wraps

You need:

1-2 gluten free wraps (I used the @wholefoods cassava flour wraps

2 (or more) eggs

Your favorite hummus

Crunchy lettuce (@gothamgreens tropical leaf lettuce is the best)

Fresh dill

Flakey sea salt + cracked pepper

Optional: organic feta (or dairy free feta)

Method

Heat up your wraps on a skillet with a touch of oil. Remove from skillet and place on a plate

Start cooking your eggs as desired. I did fried eggs! While your eggs cook, start putting together your wraps. Add hummus, lettuce and feta. Place eggs on top when they are done cooking. Top with dill and sea salt.
