Ginger Lemon Honey Shots

We love starting our morning with a ginger shot! It helps wake up digestion and soothes the GI tract. Ginger, lemon and honey are also excellent for boosting immunity.


GINGER LEMON HONEY SHOTS

INGREDIENTS

2 large pieces of ginger (size of your palm!)

2 lemons (peeled)

1 tablespoon of honey

2 cups of coconut water (sub filtered water)

JUICER METHOD

Place ginger and lemon into the juicer as instructed. Then in a high speed blender add ginger and lemon juice, honey and coconut water. Blend! Store in an airtight container. Drink a shot in the morning on an empty stomach.

BLENDER METHOD

Place all ingredients into your blender. Blend thoroughly. Strain and enjoy! Store in an airtight container. Drink a shot in the morning on an empty stomach.
