No Strain Creamy Cashew Milk

DAIRY FREE | GLUTEN FREE | GUT AND HORMONE FRIENDLY

Most dairy free milks contain extra sugars, seed oils and preservatives that are not conducive to our health or health goals. When ordering coffee out, I usually pick a cafe that I know makes their own nut milks. Buying high quality nut milk that has minimal ingredients can be pricey. I often buy ingredients in bulk to make my own at home, like this delicious cashew coconut milk! This cashew milk is hormone and gut health friendly. The hemp seeds add anti inflammatory omega3 rich fats too!

Also, while I’ve been enjoying adding high quality dairy back into my diet. I still love non dairy alternatives especially when I don’t have access to grass fed organic dairy. This cashew milk only took 5 minutes to make and will be delicious in my espresso or matcha lattes all week long.

NO STRAIN CREAMY CASHEW MILK

INGREDIENTS
1 cup organic raw cashews (soaked at least 30 min)
3 tablespoons organic hemp seeds
1 can organic gum free coconut milk (I always use @nativeforestbrand )
Pinch of sea salt
2 cups of filtered water

METHOD
Put all your ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend for 2 minutes. Slowly increasing speed.
Pour into a large jar and seal. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
