Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Granola Squares
GLUTEN FREE | DAIRY FREE | VEGAN | VEGETARIAN
THE RECIPE
In a large bowl add:
1.5 cups oats
Pinch of salt
Heaping tsp of pumpkin spice
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup pumpkin
1/3 cup almond butter
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup chocolate chips (I used @hukitchen Gems. 15% off code abbyhersam at checkout)
Mix together thoroughly
In a small baking dish or glass container, line with parchment paper. Press granola mixture into dish firmly. I used a 6 x 4 inch glass container because I wanted thicker squares.
Bake 16-18 min @ 375 degrees. Let cool. Cut into squares.
