Pumpkin spice smoothie bowl

I love pumpkin spice season! Organic Pumpkin purée is an excellent source of fiber which is great for gut health. Pumpkin also contains vitamin A and vitamin C making it excellent for immunity and skin health.

Ingredients
1 frozen banana
½ cup pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling!)
2 medjool dates
1 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
1 @gainful cinnamon toast flavor boost
1 scoop of your @gainful protein
1 cup vanilla almond milk

Method:
Blend all the ingredients in your blender. Pour into a bowl and top with granola, banana, hempseeds and a dash of pumpkin spice
