Turmeric Lemon Bone Broth

Ingredients

1-2 organic rotisserie chickens (meat removed) or chicken/beef bones

1 lemon, sliced

celery stalks

carrots

peeled ginger, sliced

Fresh rosemary sprigs

2 bay leaves

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Sea salt

Black pepper

3 garlic cloves

2 tsp of turmeric

Filtered water

Method

Place all the ingredients into your slow cooker. Fill with filtered water to the fill line.

Slow cook for at least 12 hours

Pour into glass jars using a strainer to keep out the vegetables and herbs

Keep in the fridge. Or store in freezer. Sip or add to recipes!
